LaundryFlow provides cloud-based laundry management software for orders, billing, invoices, customers, payments and reporting. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping sign-in details confidential and for the activity of the users you invite.
LaundryFlow is offered as an annual subscription. Setup assistance and a free demo are included. Current pricing is provided on request and confirmed in writing before any commitment. Fees are payable in advance for the subscription period and are not refundable once the period has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer, pricing and invoice information you record. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We aim to keep LaundryFlow available and to resolve issues promptly. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
LaundryFlow helps you produce invoices and records, but you remain responsible for your own tax, VAT and regulatory obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, LaundryFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service.
You may stop using LaundryFlow at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page.
